Maine Parent Federation is pleased to offer training in authentic Person Centered Planning and how it influences and creates a desirable Transition for individuals with disabilities or special healthcare needs. This has been an insightful and informative collaboration with Maine’s CCIDS. The research, content and training was developed by our partners at CCIDS. We are grateful to be the agency to bring this insightful information to you.
