Many people with disabilities, including youth, want to work but are worried they will lose government benefits. Join this webinar with MaineHealth Benefits Counseling Services to learn about Social Security disability benefits and the financial safety nets for working youth. We’ll also discuss important benefit transitions when a person turns 18.

Presenter Bio:
Paul Connair has worked as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) with MaineHealth Benefits Counseling Services for over 9 years. He has 18 years of total experience working to empower people who have experienced barriers to obtaining competitive employment. Before that, he worked 7 years in youth development. He is excited to be a part of the Maine Pathways to Partnerships grant to help youth and young adults seek their full potential. He is presently in the process of exploring all 156 nature trails in Lincoln County with his partner Lisa and dog Genevieve.
