Surveys
Calling All Parents: Does Your Child Receive Early Intervention or Special Education Services?
If you answered, “Yes!”, please complete the survey!
Each year, parents of children in Maine who receive special education services are given the opportunity to provide feedback to the Maine Department of Education by completing a parent survey. This year, Maine Parent Federation is working with the Office of Special Services in the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) to gather this information. Parents from forty-eight school systems and the sixteen Child Development Services sites are being contacted about completing the survey. If you do not receive a survey in the mail, but would still like to complete a survey, please feel free to do so. This information will help us learn about parents’ relationships with your child’s school (children 3-20), the birth to 20 system, or with the Child Development Services system, (children birth–5).
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and tell us about your relationship with the educators and administrators at your child’s school or CDS site. There are three different surveys that are used to gather this information from parents.
MDOE Parent Survey (Children Under Age 3)
MDOE Parent Survey (Children Between Age 3 and 5)
MDOE Parent Survey(Children Between 5 and 20)
If you have recieved any services from Maine Parent Federation please help us provide better service by filling out our annual survey.
